Our Approach to Care

Integrative Gynecology operates on a fee-for-service model. This allows Dr. Gaudreau to spend more time with each patient, focus on thoughtful conversations, and provide individualized care without the constraints of insurance-driven visit limits.

Our goal is to make pricing simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

Visit Fees

New Patient Visit

$300

60 minutes

A comprehensive 60-minute visit that includes a detailed discussion of your health history, current concerns, and personalized care planning.

Follow-Up Visit

$150

30 minutes

Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes and focus on treatment adjustments, symptom management, and ongoing care.

Telehealth visits are available when appropriate

Visits are billed based on the time spent with your physician. New patient visits and annual exams are a minimum of 60 minutes ($300), while follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes ($150). If additional time is needed, fees are prorated in 15-minute increments.

For example, a 45-minute visit would be $225. This allows Dr. Gaudreau to spend the time necessary to address your concerns without being limited by traditional insurance visit structures.

Telemedicine visits are billed using the same time-based structure as in-office visits.

Payment can be made using major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards are accepted.

There are no membership fees or long-term commitments. You only pay for the time you spend with your physician.

How Visit Fees Work

Insurance & Reimbursement

Integrative Gynecology does not bill or process insurance for office visits. This model allows Dr. Gaudreau to spend more time with each patient and provide personalized care without the time constraints often required by insurance-based practices.

After your visit, you will receive a paid invoice/receipt by email that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Laboratory tests, imaging, and prescriptions may still be billed through your insurance when applicable.

What This Means
for Your Care

• Longer, unrushed appointments

• Personalized treatment plans

• Direct communication with your physician

• Thoughtful conversations about your health

• Evidence-based menopause and gynecologic care
